FoodieTrack is an independently operated service based in Singapore.

AI Processing

FoodieTrack uses a combination of locally hosted AI models and third-party AI services to provide calorie estimation, meal analysis, and personalised coaching features.

For meal analysis and macro estimation, meal descriptions and meal-related information may be processed by AI systems.

When you upload meal photos, food packaging, or nutrition labels, those images may be processed by AI systems to identify foods and estimate nutritional information.

For personalised coaching and conversational AI features, nutrition goals, calorie and macro targets, meal history, and questions or recent conversation context may be processed by AI systems to generate recommendations, answers, and coaching insights.

FoodieTrack does not send personal profile information such as your age, gender, weight, or height to AI providers for meal analysis or coaching.

Data Retention

FoodieTrack keeps your data only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain your account, and support subscription management.

If you reset your account, the deleted information is removed from active use. Some limited records may remain where required for subscription management or operational purposes.

Data Deletion

You may delete your FoodieTrack data at any time by using the /reset command within Telegram.

When a reset is performed, FoodieTrack permanently deletes your profile information, meal logs, nutrition history, goals, templates, and other user-generated data stored by the service.

Blocking or removing the FoodieTrack bot may also result in your account and data being permanently deleted, with the exception of the subscription information listed above.

Third-Party Services

FoodieTrack relies on third-party services including Telegram, Telegram Stars, AI providers, and hosting providers to deliver certain functionality.

These services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service.

International Data Transfers

Some of FoodieTrack's service providers may operate outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred internationally, FoodieTrack takes reasonable steps to ensure it continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore's PDPA.

Website Analytics

The FoodieTrack website may collect anonymous visitor statistics to help improve the website. This analytics data is separate from the Telegram bot and is not linked to your FoodieTrack account or meal data.

Security

FoodieTrack takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information it stores from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. While we strive to safeguard your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
