These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FoodieTrack, including the website, Telegram bot, AI features, premium subscriptions, and any related services.

By using FoodieTrack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of FoodieTrack

FoodieTrack is a meal tracking and nutrition logging service that operates through Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

You agree to use FoodieTrack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could harm the service, other users, or third parties.

No Medical Advice

FoodieTrack is provided for informational and educational purposes only. FoodieTrack, including calorie estimates, nutrition calculations, AI-generated insights, coaching recommendations, and reports, does not provide medical, dietary, nutritional, or healthcare advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions relating to your health, diet, fitness, or medical treatment. Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something generated by FoodieTrack.

AI Features

FoodieTrack may use artificial intelligence technologies, including locally hosted models and third-party AI providers, to generate meal analysis, answers to nutrition-related questions, insights, recommendations, and coaching suggestions.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your individual circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and independently evaluating any information provided before relying on it.

Nutritional values, serving sizes, food recognition, and calorie estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon as exact measurements.

FoodieTrack does not guarantee that AI-generated nutrition estimates, meal recognition, or coaching suggestions will be correct or suitable for your goals.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are offered through Telegram's subscription and payment systems using Telegram Stars. All subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, billing, and refunds are managed by Telegram in accordance with Telegram's policies and terms.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through the Telegram application at any time. Deleting your FoodieTrack data using the /reset command does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Premium features, pricing, and subscription benefits may change over time. Existing subscriptions will continue to be governed by the terms and pricing presented at the time of purchase unless otherwise communicated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FoodieTrack for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with the service
• Submit false, abusive, or misleading information
• Bypass usage limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or degrades its operation
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as medical or professional advice

Availability

FoodieTrack is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

FoodieTrack may introduce, remove, or modify both Free and Premium features as the service evolves.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or error-free operation of the service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of FoodieTrack is also subject to the Privacy Policy which explains how FoodieTrack collects, uses, stores, protects, and deletes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data handling, the Privacy Policy controls for privacy matters.

Intellectual Property

FoodieTrack, including its name, branding, website content, design, code, and related materials, is owned by FoodieTrack or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from FoodieTrack content unless you have prior written permission or are otherwise allowed by law.

Your meal logs, uploaded images, and other content remain yours. By using FoodieTrack, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FoodieTrack at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or created risk to the platform or other users.

You may stop using FoodieTrack at any time. If you wish to delete your data, you may use the /reset command or contact support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, FoodieTrack and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Reliance on information generated by the service
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service
• Loss of data, including meal logs or account information

To the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoodieTrack and its operator from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure

FoodieTrack is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service interruptions, natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of FoodieTrack after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of FoodieTrack shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
