Asking your FoodieTrack AI Coach just got easier.
Previously, if you wanted to ask your AI Coach a question, you could use the /ask command:
/askHow am I doing today?
That still works.
But now, you can simply type your question naturally:
How am I doing today?
FoodieTrack will recognise that you’re asking a question and send it to your AI Coach automatically.
No command required.
Just ask your question
You can ask FoodieTrack the same way you’d ask a nutrition coach.
For example:
-
💪 Am I getting enough protein?
-
🥗 What should I eat for dinner?
-
📊 Why am I always over my fat target?
-
🍗 Is chicken rice a good choice?
-
🎯 How am I doing with my nutrition today?
You don’t need to remember a special command or change how you phrase your question.
Just ask.
FoodieTrack knows the difference
One of the challenges with making meal tracking conversational is understanding what you’re actually trying to do.
If you send:
Chicken rice
FoodieTrack understands that you’re logging a meal and estimates the nutrition as usual.
But if you send:
Is chicken rice a good choice?
FoodieTrack recognises that you’re asking a question instead.
The same applies even when you mention something you’ve eaten:
I had chicken rice. Was that a good choice?
Rather than logging another meal, FoodieTrack sends your question to the AI Coach.
This makes it easier to move naturally between tracking what you eat and asking questions about your nutrition.
/ask still works
If you’re already used to the /ask command, nothing is changing.
You can still type:
/askWhat should I eat for dinner?
Or simply:
What should I eat for dinner?
Both will take you to the AI Coach.
The difference is that you no longer need to remember to use /ask.
What can you ask the AI Coach?
Your AI Coach can help you understand your nutrition and eating habits based on the information available in FoodieTrack.
You could ask things like:
-
How am I doing today?
-
Am I eating enough protein?
-
Why do I keep going over my fat target?
-
What should I eat for dinner?
-
How much protein have I had today?
-
What did I eat yesterday?
-
What could I improve about my diet?
Instead of navigating through commands, you can simply ask when a question comes to mind.
Available with FoodieTrack Premium
AI Coach is available with FoodieTrack Premium and Premium Trial.
If you have access to AI Coach, there’s nothing you need to enable or change.
Open FoodieTrack, type a question, and your AI Coach will take it from there.
The bottom line
Food tracking should feel simple.
Type what you ate, and FoodieTrack logs it.
Ask a question, and FoodieTrack sends it to your AI Coach.
And if you prefer using /ask, that still works too.
It’s a small change, but it makes FoodieTrack much more natural to use.
