Logging a meal just got even easier.
FoodieTrack now supports voice messages, giving you another quick way to log what you’ve eaten without having to type it out.
Just open FoodieTrack in Telegram, record a voice message describing your meal, and send it.
FoodieTrack does the rest.
Just say what you ate
Voice logging works much like logging a meal with text.
Instead of typing:
Chicken rice with extra chicken and a kopi c kosong.
You can simply say it in a voice message.
FoodieTrack transcribes your message, analyses the meal, and estimates the nutrition information for you.
You’ll still get the same familiar meal summary with estimated:
- Calories
- Protein
- Carbohydrates
- Fat
- Sodium
Review the estimate, make any adjustments if needed, and log your meal as usual.
When voice logging is useful
Sometimes typing out everything you ate is inconvenient.
Maybe you’re walking, just finished lunch, or your meal has several ingredients that would take longer to type than explain.
With voice logging, you can simply describe it naturally.
For example:
I had two scrambled eggs, two slices of wholemeal toast with butter, and a cup of coffee with milk.
Or:
I had a chicken burrito bowl with rice, black beans, grilled chicken, salsa, cheese, and a little sour cream.
The more useful detail you provide, the more information FoodieTrack has to work with.
Three easy ways to log
With FoodieTrack, you can now log meals in three simple ways:
- ✍️ Type it — describe what you ate
- 🎙️ Say it — send a voice message
- 📷 Snap it — send a photo of your meal, food packaging, or nutrition label
Everything happens directly inside Telegram, so there’s no separate nutrition app to open whenever you want to record something.
Available with FoodieTrack Premium
Voice meal logging is available to FoodieTrack Premium and Premium Trial users, alongside features such as photo meal logging, packaging and nutrition label analysis, personalised AI coaching, saved meals, extended history, and full meal log exports.
If you’re already a Premium user, there’s nothing to enable.
Just open FoodieTrack, hold the microphone button in Telegram, tell it what you ate, and send.
Try it with your next meal
Good nutrition tracking depends on consistency, and reducing the effort required to log a meal makes that easier.
Whether you prefer to type it, say it, or snap it, FoodieTrack gives you a quick way to keep track of what you’re eating without leaving Telegram.
🎙️ Next time you eat, try telling FoodieTrack about it instead.
